I always tell my clients to think of your carpets as air filters. Carpets hold as much if not more dust and dirt than air filters. I suggest you get your carpet serviced as much as you change your air filters.

We always recommend that the customer leaves the floor clear of a deri. We ask that customers move all furniture they want cleaned under to a secure spot. We recommend that you vacuum before the technician appears. A technician will vacuum apon arrival whether or not the customer vacuums.

There are lots of benefits to the subscription plan but heres a couple. The Genie's Ultimate Wish gives the ability to not have to pay for a cleaning all at once or if you are the type of person that likes to pay for it all at once that is an option as well. You get to save from the hassle of having to call someone and set up a time and date to get a cleaning. When you get The Genie's Ultimate Wish we will send a reminder  a month before your cleaning and a week before as well. No scheduling necessary.

Yes! You absolutely can. If you would like Wish three on the rooms downstairs and Wish One on the rooms upstairs, it's doable. If you want Wish one in one room and wish two in others you can! The only limitation is only one wish per room. We do not do multiple wishes per room.

 In‑person estimates allow us to measure rooms, evaluate carpet condition, and discuss any stains or concerns ahead of time. Online estimates are based on customer‑provided information and are confirmed when we arrive for the cleaning.

 Yes. Online estimates are based on the room sizes and information you provide. Since online estimates are based on estimated room sizes, final pricing and completion time may change if measurements differ at the time of service. Any adjustments will be discussed before cleaning begins. 

Both options work well—it just depends on what you value most.

In‑person estimates are best if you want the most accurate pricing and time expectations. Online estimates are a convenient option if you prefer to skip an in‑person visit, with final details confirmed on the day of service.

Here's what to expect after booking an estimate. One of our skilled employees will reach out to confirm the time and date of the estimate. On day of the estimate one of our IICRC Certified Technicians will come out and ID the carpet fiber, check carpets for wear and tear, stains, sunlight damage, traffic lane damage, bad seams, and possible latex displacement. If any stains the technician will test the PH of the stains. After that the technician will ask what "Wish or Wishes" you would like and will schedule a time to come back and do a cleaning. If you're unsure of what "Wish" is best for you one of our technicians would love to help walk you through the best wish suede for you.

 Here’s what to expect after booking a online estimate.

After your request is submitted, one of our team members will reach out by text or email to confirm the details provided, including room sizes, areas to be cleaned, and any concerns you may have about stains or problem areas.

Pricing is based on the information you provide. On the day of service, one of our IICRC Certified Technicians will arrive at the scheduled time, measure the rooms, identify the carpet fiber, and inspect the carpet for wear and tear, stains, traffic lane damage, sunlight damage, seam issues, and other conditions that may affect the cleaning.

If stains are present, the technician may test the pH of the affected areas to determine the best treatment. Final pricing and estimated completion time will be confirmed before cleaning begins. If room sizes or conditions differ from what was originally provided, pricing and completion time may vary.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll complete the cleaning using the “Wish” or “Wishes” you selected. All communication can be handled by text or email, and you do not need to be present during the cleaning if access is provided.

A IICRC Certified Technician will vacuum then spray cleaning solution on the carpet. Once the cleaning solution has had time to work its way into the carpet fibers then agitate solution. Once its agitated and worked into the fibers and got the dirt, grime, and grease lifted from the fibers then hot water extract. Then treat the stains with stain treatment extraction. After put the protection on the carpet to protect from future stains and let carpet dry for one to two hours. The Technician will let you know your carpets are clean and to let them dry before walking on them is recommend.
